Nigerians in Diaspora Orginazation Europe (NIDOE) recognizes the need that no child should be left behind in Nigeria regardless of their economic or social status, in the achievement of this 21st century educational and digital transformation. What is the RETICE programme?
RETICE helps solve problems such as:
RETICE is a programme dedicated to the integration of ICT in Education and Training.
The (Energy) and ICT Network for Education (RETICE) programme, is a world major innovation of which the aim is to harmoniously integrate ICTs into education.
RETICE brings solutions to the problems of infrastructure and contents.
The key to RETICE solutions resides in:
- e-TEP kit (educative electronic terminal) «electronic school bag» with integrated «books and «electronic school supplies»
- · e-Edition (educative electronic edition) production of books and electronic school supplies.
- · e-Network / e-Net (education network) infrastructure
What does e-TEP and e- Edition change in the life of education?
- The qualitative and quantitative leap of education by the introduction of low cost electronic terminals at every level.
- The achievement of substantial savings by the National Education for key jobs due to the production of electronic books, notebooks and electronic school bags, and the methodical and immediate integration of ICTs into school programs.
- The immediate launching of e-production and industrialization (books, notebooks and school bags).
- The implementation of virtual school libraries.
- The implementation of methodical infrastructure of ICT network for education with technological solutions (Voice-Data-Images).

BENEFITS OF RETICE PROGRAMME
RETICE allows among other things, the establishment of an ICT network; the re-acquisition and digitalization of school textbooks, the realization of electronic schoolbags, the construction of virtual libraries, the establishment of radio and television services for education, etc.
It also allows schools to make substantial savings on the budget of education by switching all or part of their educational resources to digital format. It provides teachers, pupils and students with a means of educational innovations.
